Mars is seeking a Veterinary District Sales Manager to lead territory growth across Frederick, Hagerstown, Cumberland, and Chambersburg. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years sales experience, preferably B2B.
• Veterinary clinic experience preferred.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills (oral and written).
• Possession of a driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Overnight travel required, approximately 20-30% travel.

Responsibilities

• Translate knowledge of products, categories, customer, and clinic data into business opportunities.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan by understanding clinic needs and growing clinics within the geography.
• Establish and grow relationships with clinic decision-makers.
• Deliver data-driven presentations addressing veterinary staff needs.
• Collaborate with BU stakeholders and other teams to meet shared objectives.
• Execute the Veterinary Business Unit sales strategy.
• Work effectively in a cross-functional, dynamic environment.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and adjust strategies to maximize territory performance.
• Manage expenses and complete CRM and reporting in a timely manner.
