Gowan Company in the U.S. Turf and Ornamental sales territory seeks a dynamic Territory Sales Representative. This role covers AR, IA, IL, LA, KS, MO, MN, NE, ND, OK, PR, SD, TX, WI and reports to the Regional Business Manager.

The candidate will own P&L, build relationships with distributors and growers, advocate for regional needs, and develop 2–3 year plans in collaboration with Field Development Reps to grow turf and ornamental products.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of professional experience in an agriculture-related organization.
• Preferred: Familiarity with turf and ornamental products, prior distributor or channel sales experience

Responsabilidades

• P&L Ownership: Drive sales growth, manage territory budget, and coordinate with internal teams on forecasting, warehousing, and logistics.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong ties with distributors, field reps, growers, researchers, consultants, and industry groups.
• Internal Advocacy: Represent regional needs, align resources to local opportunities, champion new product ideas.
• Strategic Planning: Develop 2-3 year business plans and outline trial needs with Field Development Reps.
• Regional Presence: Strengthen reputation through market intelligence and agricultural engagement in the region.
• Industry Advocacy: Represent turf and ornamental industry interests with associations.
• Other Duties as assigned
