Gowan Company is seeking a Turf and Ornamental Territory Sales Representative to drive growth across a multi-state region (AR, IA, IL, LA, KS, MO, MN, NE, ND, OK, PR, SD, TX, WI). You will own the P&L for your territory, build relationships with distributors, field reps, growers, researchers, and industry groups, and coordinate with internal teams on forecasting and logistics.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years in an agriculture-related organization.
• Familiarity with turf and ornamental products.
• Prior distributor or channel sales experience.

Responsabilidades

• P&L ownership: drive sales growth and coordinate forecast, warehousing, and logistics.
• Build relationships with distributors, growers, researchers, consultants, and industry groups.
• Advocate regional needs internally and align resources to local opportunities.
• Develop 2–3 year plans and identify priority products with field reps.
• Strengthen regional presence through market intelligence and industry involvement.
• Represent turf and ornamental associations and industry issues.
