Zusammenfassung

Baxter International is hiring a Territory Business Manager for our Advanced Surgery portfolio. You will be on-site with healthcare professionals, promoting hemostats, sealing and tissue products, and building trust with doctors and nurses in the assigned geography.

You will lead sales in operating rooms, educate on product use, and coordinate with hospital administration. The role requires autonomy, accountability, and a strong drive to win at every stage of the buying process.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or 8+ years of operating room sales experience.
• Experience with hospital-based selling in the OR and leading a large territory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong analytical and social skills.
• Willing to travel 50% and possibly relocate within the territory.

• Achieve sales quotas through direct sale of all products and services.
• Educate physicians on on-label use and product features/benefits.
• Call on prospective customers and provide product information or demonstrations.
• Maintain relationships with customers and meet internal/external expectations.
