Job summary

Baxter International Inc. in Houston, TX, is hiring a Territory Business Manager for our Advanced Surgery portfolio. You will be on-site, building relationships with doctors and nurses, promoting hemostats and tissue products, and driving sales across a multi-state geography.

You will lead in-market education, coordinate with hospital teams, and travel up to 50%. A bachelor's degree with 3+ years OR 8+ years OR sales experience is expected, with strong communication and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience OR 8+ years of operating room sales experience.
• Experience with hospital-based selling in the operating room.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas through the direct sale of all products and services.
• Growing awareness and educating physicians on the accurate use of our products in on-label procedures and their features/benefits.
• Calling on prospective customers, providing technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations.
• Maintaining effective relationships with customers and meeting their expectations.
• Monitoring sales against forecasts and assessing market potential for the territory; understanding competition.
• Coordinating with hospital administration, supply chain, materials management, and purchasing.
• Providing feedback to marketing for programs, pricing changes and product revisions.
• Work autonomously to achieve goals while communicating with management remotely
