Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a Specialty Sales Representative to promote our infusion capabilities across physician offices within a California territory, including major markets in Los Angeles and surrounding counties.

The role requires extensive travel and in-person calls to communicate the value of our infusion services. You will build relationships with referral sources, utilize the CRM to track activities, and work with operations to ensure high patient satisfaction.

Qualificações

• 2–5 years of healthcare or B2B sales experience.
• Experience using a CRM to track sales activity and customer engagement.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory 90% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and maintain relationships with targeted physician offices and referral sources to increase patient referrals.
• Deliver persuasive and strategic sales presentations to physicians and office staff.
• Partner with clinical and administrative staff to promote infusion services.
• Execute daily face-to-face sales calls and maintain activity levels.
• Document all sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure superior customer service and patient onboarding.
