Option Care Health, Inc. is hiring a Specialty Sales Representative to travel within California and promote infusion capabilities across physician offices. You will build and execute in-person call plans, use the CRM effectively, and partner with operations to ensure high satisfaction among referral sources.

Adaptability is key as new therapies and call points are added. Expect 2–5 years in healthcare sales, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 90% of the time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of B2B or healthcare sales experience.
• Experience using a CRM to track activities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 90%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain relationships with physician offices and referral sources.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations to physicians and staff.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to promote infusion services.
• Execute daily face-to-face sales calls per plan.
• Document activities in the CRM promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent service and onboarding.
