Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a Specialty Sales Representative to promote its infusion capabilities within a defined territory in California.

The role requires building relationships with physician offices, delivering compelling presentations, and driving referrals to our infusion centers. You will travel within the territory (90% of the time) and work with operations and clinical staff to ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth patient onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in B2B or healthcare sales with revenue growth.
• Experience using a CRM to track activity and engagement.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel within the territory up to 90%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain relationships with targeted physician offices and referral sources to increase patient referrals.
• Deliver persuasive and strategic sales presentations to physicians, office staff, and other key stakeholders.
• Partner with clinical and administrative staff to promote infusion services.
• Execute daily face-to-face sales calls, maintaining activity levels per the sales plan.
• Document all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure superior customer service and patient onboarding.
