Option Care Health LLC is seeking a Specialty Sales Representative to promote infusion services across multiple specialties within a defined territory. The role requires building in-person call plans, driving clinic demand, and partnering with operations to ensure high satisfaction for referral sources.

Responsibilities include daily face-to-face calls, CRM documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to support patient onboarding and new therapies in a dynamic market.

Responsibilities

• Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with targeted physician offices and referral sources to increase patient referrals to Option Care Health.
• Deliver persuasive and strategic sales presentations to physicians, office staff, and other key stakeholders.
• Partner with clinical and administrative staff to promote Option Care Health’s infusion services.
• Execute daily face-to-face sales calls, maintaining activity levels as outlined in the sales plan.
• Document all sales activities and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure superior customer service and support patient onboarding.
