Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a Specialty Sales Representative to cover California markets. You will travel within your territory to promote infusion capabilities and build relationships with physician offices and referral sources.

You will conduct daily face-to-face calls, use the CRM, and collaborate with operations to ensure excellent service and growth of patient referrals while meeting sales targets. A valid driver’s license and up to 90% travel within the territory are required.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of healthcare sales experience in B2B.
• Experience with CRM to track activities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 90% within territory.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of IV infusion therapy or biologics is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Identify and maintain relationships with targeted physician offices and referral sources.
• Deliver persuasive presentations to physicians, office staff, and other stakeholders.
• Partner with clinical staff to promote infusion services.
• Execute daily face-to-face sales calls and maintain activity levels.
• Document all sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure superior customer service.
