AT&T is seeking a Business Sales Representative for a defined local territory in Maryland, focused on small and mid-sized businesses. You will prospect, cold call, set appointments, and close new business while building a robust sales pipeline and maintaining CRM records.

A generous commission structure complements a base salary, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus. You’ll work in Frederick, Lutherville-Timonium, and surrounding areas, selling wireless, fiber, internet, voice, and security solutions.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of quota carrying outside acquisition sales experience.
• Comfort with field selling and meeting business owners/decision-makers.
• Ability to uncover customer needs and map to AT&T solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new logos and acquire new business.
• Set appointments, build a sales pipeline, and advance opportunities.
• Own a defined geographic territory and execute a market plan.
• Sell AT&T wireless, fiber, internet, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and handoff.
