Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive service sales growth across assigned territories. You will cultivate relationships with doctors and nurses, align with internal partners, and leverage the full HRC portfolio to deliver customer-focused solutions.

A strong emphasis on strategic selling and stakeholder engagement will be essential. You will participate in negotiations, manage the sales funnel in Salesforce, and travel frequently to client sites.
