Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise in Utah is expanding its sales force, seeking a driven, coachable individual to join our team. You will introduce top-tier supplemental health benefit plans to business owners and their employees, focusing on local calls, meetings, and occasional in-person visits.

We provide extensive virtual classes and hands-on mentoring. A mentor guides you through the sales process, with opportunities for travel weeks to collaborate with colleagues in other regions.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience (sales or athletic background considered).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships with local owners and reservice existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
