Alleviation Enterprise is expanding its sales team in Saint Joseph, MO. We seek a driven, energetic individual to introduce top-tier health benefit plans to business owners and employees.

Expect extensive training, mentorship, and a role focused on local territory growth with occasional cross-region travel. You will lead client conversations from initial contact through needs assessments, schedule meetings, and build a personal client portfolio.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school sales/athletic experience.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivation, resilience, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and build your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs.
• Visit local businesses to develop relationships and serve existing clients.
• Support sales managers by helping set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Record daily sales activity and maintain your schedule.
