Sika USA is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive growth in subfloor prep and flooring adhesives, serving contractors, distributors, and specifiers. You will promote tile installation systems, lead hands-on demonstrations, and manage a regional sales pipeline using Salesforce.

Travel to customer sites and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders are essential. The role requires proven outside sales experience in construction materials, plus ability to present technically

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years outside sales experience in construction materials.
• Experience with tile and stone installation systems including adhesives, grouts, thin-sets and subfloor prep.
• Ability to conduct effective product presentations and hands-on demonstrations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Salesforce CRM.
• Understanding of architectural specifications and construction design elements.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Willing to travel up to the posted geographic area, with some overnight stays.

Responsabilidades

• Grow sales and hit targets by developing partnerships with contractors, distributors, specifiers, and influencers.
• Promote innovation by introducing and demonstrating tile and flooring solutions through jobsite visits.
• Generate new business with specifications, cold calls, and contractor engagement.
• Strengthen relationships with key customers and prospects, ensuring excellent service.
• Plan and execute territory sales strategies and budgets for sustainable growth.
• Leverage Salesforce CRM to manage pipelines and activities.
• Coordinate with Technical Service to report product feedback and resolve issues.
