Job summary

Sika, a global leader in construction solutions, is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for Subfloor Prep and Flooring Adhesives Solutions in San Francisco. You will develop partnerships with contractors, distributors, and specifiers, delivering hands-on product demos and technical presentations to drive growth.

You will manage the territory, hit sales targets, and leverage Salesforce CRM to track pipelines while coordinating with our Technical Service team on product feedback and solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years outside sales experience in construction materials or related industries.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a track record of growing business.
• Confident presenting products in technical and hands-on settings.
• Self-starter with organized territory management.
• Proficient with CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willing to travel up to the territory, with some overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and hit targets by developing partnerships with contractors, distributors, specifiers, and influencers.
• Promote innovation with tile and flooring solutions through jobsite visits and demos.
• Generate new business with specifications, cold calls, and contractor engagement.
• Strengthen relationships with customers and prospects and deliver outstanding service.
• Plan and execute territory sales strategies and budgets for growth.
• Use Salesforce CRM daily to manage pipelines and activities.
• Report product feedback and coordinate with Technical Service on solutions.
