Job summary

Sika AG is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for the San Francisco Bay Area to drive growth in subfloor prep and flooring adhesives. You will cultivate partnerships with contractors, distributors, and specifiers, delivering product demonstrations and technical presentations on-site at job locations.

You will leverage your sales experience in construction materials and your ability to engage customers, manage a defined territory, and report feedback to the technical team.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in construction materials, adhesives, flooring, or related industries.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a track record of growing business.
• Confident presenting and demonstrating products in technical and hands-on settings.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and territory management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and hit targets by developing partnerships with contractors, distributors, specifiers, and key influencers.
• Promote tile and flooring solutions through jobsite visits, hands-on demos, and professional presentations.
• Generate new business with specifications, cold calls, and contractor engagement.
• Strengthen relationships with key customers and prospects, ensuring outstanding service.
• Plan and execute territory sales strategies and budgets for sustainable growth.
• Leverage Salesforce CRM updates to manage pipelines and daily activities.
• Coordinate with Technical Service team to report product feedback and solutions.
