Job summary

Sika Schweiz AG is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to drive growth in Subfloor Prep and Flooring Adhesives solutions. You will build partnerships with contractors, distributors, and specifiers, and lead territory strategies with hands-on product demonstrations.

Responsibilities include hitting sales targets via jobsite visits, CRM pipeline management, and coordinating with our Technical Service team to resolve issues and capture feedback.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in construction materials, adhesives, flooring, or related industries.
• Strong relationship-building skills with track record of growing business.
• Ability to present and demonstrate products in technical and hands-on settings.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and territory management skills.
• Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and hit targets by developing strong partnerships with contractors, distributors, specifiers, and key influencers.
• Promote innovation by introducing and demonstrating tile and flooring solutions through jobsite visits, hands-on demos, and professional presentations.
• Generate new business with specifications, cold calls, and contractor engagement.
• Strengthen relationships with key customers and prospects, ensuring outstanding service.
• Plan and execute territory sales strategies and budgets for sustainable growth.
• Leverage Salesforce CRM updates to manage pipelines and activities.
• Support quality assurance by reporting product feedback and coordinating solutions with Technical Service team.
