Sika Corporation is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to grow sales and strengthen relationships with hardware stores, paint stores, lumber yards, and other building material retailers across the assigned territory in the USA. The role requires five years outside sales experience, strong relationship skills, a willingness to travel, and the ability to present products effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years outside sales experience.
• Experience selling through hardware stores, paint dealers, lumber yards, or home-improvement channels is valued.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hardware stores, paint stores, home improvement retailers, lumber yards, and other key accounts.
• Grow sales within an assigned territory by expanding existing accounts and developing new business opportunities.
• Make regular in-person customer visits to understand business needs and provide product support.
• Present and promote products to store owners, purchasing managers, and other decision makers.
• Increase product placement, distribution, displays, and overall visibility within customer locations.
• Prospect for new accounts and establish relationships with potential customers throughout the territory.
