Job summary

Roxtec Inc. seeks a Territory Sales Representative to grow our presence in North and South Carolina, supporting power, renewables, and critical infrastructure markets. You will manage strategic accounts, drive revenue, and lead with a consultative, solution-based approach across long sales cycles.

You will collaborate with engineering teams, deliver technical presentations, and expand Roxtec’s footprint in mission-critical projects. Willingness to travel up to 60% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience; technical or project sales preferred.
• Travel willingness up to 60% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand strategic accounts within NC/SC territory.
• Develop customized account strategies to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Leverage CRM to manage contacts, opportunities, and forecasts; report on sales performance.
• Build relationships with end users, contractors, EPC firms, and engineers.
