Job summary

Herc Rentals Inc. in Florida seeks a Territory Sales Representative to identify and nurture relationships with companies and individuals within the designated territory. The role aims to generate and maximize revenue for the branch by visiting job sites and offices daily.

You will develop strategies, expand the customer base, and exceed quotas by renting and selling equipment while staying aware of market conditions and competitor pricing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.
• 3–5 years outside sales experience in industrial/heavy equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily territory management and revenue growth through visits to customer job sites and offices.
• Develop a networking list and contact potential clients by phone and online.
• Plan and organize sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Maintain and exceed quotas through equipment rentals and sales.
• Identify customer needs and respond to market conditions and pricing.
• Penetrate strategic accounts and diversify the customer base.
• Support all team members.
