Herc Rentals Inc. in Santa Fe Springs, CA seeks a Territory Sales Representative to identify and nurture business relationships within the assigned territory and to maximize revenue for the branch and company.

The role targets motivated self-starters ready to enhance sales skills with a leading North American equipment rental provider. Base + uncapped commission with strong growth prospects are offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Promotions, Advertising Sales or Business Administration preferred.
• 3–5 years of outside sales experience within the industrial market and/or heavy equipment industry preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage and grow revenue through daily territory visits to job sites and offices.
• Develop a network of potential clients and contact them via phone and internet.
• Plan and organize sales strategies to hit targets.
• Maintain and exceed quotas by renting and selling equipment.
• Identify customer needs and respond to market conditions and competitors.
• Engage strategic accounts to diversify the customer base.
