Herc Rentals Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to identify, develop, and nurture business relationships within a defined Texas territory.

The role aims to generate and maximize revenue for the branch by renting and selling equipment, with the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and a truck allowance. The position emphasizes daily client site visits, networking, and strategic sales planning to achieve growth while meeting quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Promotions, Advertising Sales or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years outside sales experience in the industrial market or heavy equipment industry preferred.

Responsabilités

• Daily territory management and revenue growth through visits to customer sites and offices.
• Develop a networking list of potential clients and contact them regularly via phone and internet.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and goals.
• Maintain and exceed quotas by renting and selling equipment.
• Identify customer needs and react to market conditions and pricing.
• Penetrate strategic accounts to diversify the customer base across industrial, traditional and nontraditional clients.
• Support all team members.
