Herc Rentals is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to identify and nurture business relationships within the designated Arkansas territory. The role focuses on growing revenue for the branch by renting and selling equipment to on-site and office locations, with a strong emphasis on understanding customer needs and market conditions.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years outside sales experience in industrial markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Promotions, Advertising Sales or Business Administration preferred.
• 3–5 years outside sales experience in industrial market and/or heavy equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily territory management and revenue growth through visits to customer sites/offices.
• Develop a networking list of potential clients and contact them by phone and internet.
• Plan and organize sales strategies to achieve goals.
• Maintain and exceed quotas by renting and selling equipment.
• Identify customer needs and respond to market conditions and pricing.
• Penetrate strategic accounts to diversify customer base.
• Support all team members.
