Qualifications

• Background check must be passed.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Health & Life Producer license in resident state or willing to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or related field.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your client network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit businesses, build relationships, and follow up on referrals.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly/quarterly targets with the sales manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
