Certus Pest, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to run and grow a defined territory with an uncapped commission plan. A company vehicle is provided and you’ll receive structured training, lead opportunities, and a proven sales process to expand your book of business.

This role requires owning a territory and building a pipeline.
It rewards performance with uncapped earnings and a clear commission plan.
Strong prospecting and closing abilities are essential.
Driver's license with 5+ years of driving experience is required.
Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Prospect, generate referrals, and develop your territory into a real book of business.
Conduct property inspections and diagnose pest control needs like a professional.
Build and present customized service proposals to homeowners and businesses.
Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed deal and service kickoff.
Upsell additional services that genuinely help the customer and grow income.
Follow up on every lead quickly; most deals are won or lost in follow-up.
Partner with the operations team to ensure a great first service experience.
