Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is expanding its sales team into local markets in Colorado. You will enter an intensive training program combining online coursework with hands-on field mentorship within your assigned territory.

Prior sales experience is welcome but not required, as we train the right person. Expect in-person meetings with business owners and decision-makers, introducing them to industry-leading supplemental insurance solutions tailored to fit their needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or leadership roles is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive and coachable with fast learning.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads and grow your client base.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand client needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and reservice existing clients.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it weekly.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
