Job summary

Access Systems is hiring a Sales Representative to grow our Salina and Manhattan market. You will manage a local business territory, work directly with owners and decision-makers, and build customer relationships that continue after the sale.

Base salary plus uncapped commission with paid training. Expected first-year earnings of $70,000-$80,000+ when meeting sales goals. Top performers earn $150,000+ annually.

Qualifications

• Have at least one year of full-time experience in sales, customer service, account management, or another goal-driven environment.
• A college degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with local business owners and decision-makers through calls, emails, referrals, networking, and appointments you schedule.
• Build a pipeline of new business opportunities throughout your territory.
• Meet with businesses to understand their current technology, challenges, and goals.
• Recommend office technology solutions based on each customer's needs.
• Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close new accounts.
• Continue managing the customer relationships you build.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and work toward clear sales goals.
