Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative to engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products and services, and generate revenue. The role includes uncapped commission earnings and a first year compensation plan of $55,000-$95,000 with salary and bonus, plus mileage and cell phone reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Grow a book of business by targeting potential customers.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan weekly stops to drive territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products and communicate value to customers.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quotas through company programs and training.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in systems.
