Job summary

Kimball Midwest in Duluth, MN is seeking a Sales Representative who engages with existing and prospective customers, promotes our maintenance, repair and operations products, and generates sales revenue. In this role you will build strong relationships in the territory, conduct product demonstrations, plan visits, meet quotas, and maintain accurate daily sales records.

This position offers uncapped commissions and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel within the assigned territory to meet customers.
• BYOD device usage compliant with company policy.
• Willing to sign an Employment Agreement and exhibit(s).

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in the territory.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Grow a book of business in the territory.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan weekly visits to prioritize growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products and highlight value.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet/exceed quotas through company programs.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities.
