Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative for a hybrid role to engage existing and prospective customers, promote our maintenance, repair, and operations products, and drive revenue within the assigned territory.

You will build relationships, conduct cold calls to grow the book of business, plan routes weekly, demonstrate products, and work toward sales quotas using our proven programs. The position includes uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel to customer and associate locations within territory.
• BYOD device usage in accordance with company policy.
• Agreement to employment terms and revised exhibits.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Grow a book of business with new customers in the territory.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan weeks in advance to prioritize stops and growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products and communicate value to customers.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quotas using training programs.
• Reporting: Maintain records of daily sales activities in company systems.
