Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative to engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products and services, and generate sales revenue.

The role offers uncapped commission and a first-year compensation range of $55,000–$95,000, with comprehensive health and retirement benefits, including medical, dental, life, disability insurance, 401(k), and deferred compensation. The position requires travel within the assigned territory and adherence to BYOD policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel within designated geographic area and maintain required insurance coverage.
• BYOD policy compliance.
• Execute an Employment Agreement as provided for review.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers in the territory to understand needs and identify opportunities.
• Effectively cold call potential customers to grow the book of business and expand market presence.
• Plan week in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to show value and quality of American-made products.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas using company programs and training.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.
