Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience in sales or related fields.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and visit new businesses to build relationships.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads and opportunities.
• Schedule meetings with potential clients to assess insurance needs.
• Present insurance products to owners and decision-makers in person.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Maintain a weekly schedule and report activity to the team.
• Nurture and expand your own client portfolio across the territory.
