You will introduce business owners and employees to top-tier supplemental health benefit plans and receive extensive training with hands-on mentoring in your assigned territory.

The role includes one-to-one consultations, territory development, and occasional travel during sales weeks. We value ownership, growth, and service as core pillars of success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school sales/leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Willingness to travel for optional regional weeks.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and grow your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships with local owners.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with the team.
• Maintain weekly schedule and log daily activity.
• Collaborate with the sales manager on planning.
