Alleviation Enterprise in Texas is expanding its sales team, seeking a driven, energetic individual to join and advance their career. You’ll introduce business owners and employees to top-tier supplemental health benefit plans, while building your local client base and shaping your territory.

We provide extensive training via virtual classes and hands-on mentoring, with optional travel weeks to collaborate with colleagues in other regions.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license; study course provided and license fees reimbursed.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience in sales/athletics.
• Ability to work in local territory with optional travel weeks.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and reservice clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit to manager; record daily stats.
