Alleviation Enterprise is seeking a territory-based sales representative to introduce top-tier supplemental insurance to small and medium businesses. You'll receive extensive training and work directly with decision-makers, delivering product showcases and building lasting client relationships.

The role blends personal outreach with group presentations across a territory, offering autonomy in scheduling and a path for advancement.

Qualifications

• Entry-level sales role with no prior experience required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain) with reimbursement.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience; degree near completion considered.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce to generate leads and grow your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales team.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with owners.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Help set monthly and quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan weekly schedule; submit it to your manager.
• Record daily sales activity and statistics.
