Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking a territory-based sales representative for an entry-level opportunity. Training is provided to prepare you for selling top-tier supplemental insurance to business owners and their workforce.

You will engage in one-on-one discussions with decision-makers, as well as group product showcases to 50–100+ attendees. Autonomy and advancement opportunities create a dynamic, independent role with room to grow.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license (or willingness to obtain; study course provided).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insured needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, and re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule; submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
