Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking driven individuals for an entry‑level territory-based sales role focused on introducing top-tier supplemental insurance solutions to small and medium businesses and their workforces. You'll receive extensive training and hands-on support, with autonomy to manage your schedule and cover diverse territories.

You'll engage decision makers through one‑on‑one discussions and group product showcases (50–100+ attendees).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience required or considered.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willing to obtain (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and grow your client base within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals, re‑service existing clients.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it for review.
• Record daily activity and sales updates.
