• Grow sales and hit targets by developing partnerships with contractors, distributors, specifiers, and key influencers.
• Promote innovation by demonstrating tile and flooring solutions at jobsites through hands-on demos and presentations.
• Generate new business with specifications, cold calls, and contractor engagement.
• Strengthen relationships with customers and prospects, ensuring outstanding service.
• Plan and execute territory sales strategies and budgets for sustainable growth.
• Leverage Salesforce CRM updates to manage pipelines and activities.
• Support quality assurance by reporting product feedback and coordinating with Technical Service.
