Job summary

Altitude is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to operate in your assigned territory, meeting face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to offer supplemental insurance products. You’ll drive in-person lead generation and close sales across small and medium businesses.

You’ll schedule follow-ups, manage a book of business, and collaborate with the sales team to hit monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years outside sales experience.
• Health & Life general lines license required or willingness to obtain license (licensing reimbursement).

Responsibilities

• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients to promote supplemental insurance products.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Set follow-up appointments with prospects and clients; present to groups as needed.
