Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Territory Manager to lead outside sales across designated markets. You will learn our grooved mechanical pipe-joining solutions, identify major construction projects, and drive growth with engineers, contractors and owners.

Expect to travel, build strong relationships, and collaborate with distributors and internal teams to win opportunities. You will develop business plans, manage forecasts, and guide project pursuit from design through commissioning, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Sales experience in construction, PVF, or mechanical products preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to multiple overnights per week.

Responsibilities

• Become the expert on Victaulic products and solutions.
• Develop business plans and target opportunities within your territory.
• Lead project pursuit from inception to final commissioning and follow-up.
• Build lasting relationships with contractors, engineers and owners.
• Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to meet customer needs.
