Herc Rentals is hiring a Territory Sales Representative in Maple Grove, MN. You will manage the territory, visit job sites, and build relationships to drive revenue for the branch.

The role emphasizes a proven outside sales track record in industrial markets, strong customer service, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Competitive pay includes base plus commission and benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years outside sales experience in the industrial market and/or heavy equipment industry preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Daily territory management and revenue growth through visits to customer job sites/offices.
• Develop a networking list of potential clients and contact them via telephone and internet.
• Develop, plan and organize sales strategies to achieve goals.
• Maintain and exceed quotas by renting and selling equipment.
• Identify customer needs and respond to market conditions and pricing.
• Penetrate customers at the strategic level to diversify the customer base.
• Support all team members
