Job summary

Herc Rentals is seeking a Territory Sales Representative in Roseville, CA to identify and grow business with customers across our territory. You will drive revenue by visiting job sites and offices, building a network of potential clients, and executing tailored sales strategies.

The role requires 3–5 years of outside sales in industrial/heavy equipment, plus a bachelor’s degree in a related field. You will earn a base salary with uncapped commissions, and enjoy comprehensive benefits and growth

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in industrial market and/or heavy equipment preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Promotions, Advertising Sales or Business Administration preferred.
• Ability to travel and build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Daily territory management and revenue growth through visits to customer sites and offices.
• Develop a networking list of potential clients and contact them by phone and online.
• Develop, plan and organize sales strategies to reach goals.
• Maintain and exceed quotas by renting and selling equipment regularly.
• Identify customer needs and respond while considering market conditions and pricing.
• Target strategic accounts to diversify the customer base.
• Support all team members to grow branch success.
