Breakthru Beverage Group in Huntington Beach, CA, is seeking a Sales Development professional who will rotate through territories to maximize supplier brand sales to the trade. The role supports the Merchandising Department during peak periods and builds routes, schedules, and customer relationships.

You will deliver presentations, train account staff, manage inventory and POS materials, and ensure timely payments while tracking performance against goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales.
• Proficiency with MS Office and presentation software.
• Strong verbal/written communication, diplomacy, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently or in a team, and meet deadlines.
• Analytical and reporting skills.
• Sound judgement and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes by creating an established and efficient routing pattern.
• Deliver professional sales presentations to customers featuring display ideas, new products, promotions, and placements.
• Maintain product levels by inventorying and restocking shelves where legal.
• Ensure maximum brand visibility with point-of-sale materials.
• Collect payments and remit checks where permissible.
• Educate account staff through training seminars on brands.
• Serve accounts by delivering products during contingencies and addressing issues or complaints.
