Rentokil North America is seeking a Business Development Consultant to drive regional sales, acting as the first contact with customers and developing territory growth plans. You will secure appointments, tailor sales materials, and close deals in alignment with company goals.

The role requires 3–5 years of hunting sales experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong business acumen, and willingness to travel 30% or more. Salesforce.com experience is a plus.

• 3–5 years sales experience in hunting capacity.
• Strong business acumen and customer experience.
• Experience analyzing financial reports in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel 30% or more.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities

• Develop a territory growth plan and provide updates on progress vs. plan via CRM.
• Secure prospective client appointments via targeted prospecting, drop-offs, cold calling and other selling strategies.
• Prepare for appointments by researching prospects and tailoring materials.
• Meet with prospective clients to secure their business and complete the sales process.
• Coordinate with operations to meet client timelines and deliverables.
• Participate in company meetings, communications and events.
