Job summary

Rentokil is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell residential pest management solutions, acting as the face of the brand in the local community. You will assess customer needs, propose effective treatments, and collaborate with multiple teams to drive revenue while maintaining excellent service.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication and sales experience, with a willingness to travel up to 100% of time within the territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience encouraged.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Inside Sales, and Technicians to create opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to map challenges and opportunities.
• Follow up on proposals to close sales opportunities and support installations.
