Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales activities in the designated region. You will staff and direct a team of Area Sales Managers and collaborate with Branch Managers to drive profitability and growth.

You will lead training, monitor KPI performance, and ensure alignment with company objectives. Travel up to 100% of the time is expected to manage field operations and develop sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven history developing sales colleagues and leading teams.
• Strong business acumen with experience in management, sales, training or customer experience.
• Experience analyzing financial reports in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be able to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, train, manage & engage team of sales managers in designated area.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to align goals and drive performance.
• Lead weekly performance reviews and skill development meetings.
• Provide ongoing technical training on services in the territory.
