Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell residential pest management services while delivering excellent customer service. You will assess homes, present solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize revenue across an assigned territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions to residential customers and upsell maintenance plans.
• Visually inspect homes for pests and entry points based on assessments.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to maximize opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and propose service enhancements.
• Complete home diagrams in the CRM and ensure clear understanding of customer needs.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
