Job summary

Rentokil is seeking a Business Development Consultant in the Atlanta area to drive sales of pond and lake management services. You will be the first point of contact with customers and responsible for achieving profitability and growth in your region.

You will develop territory plans, meet quarterly targets, and coordinate with operations. Travel up to 20% and use Salesforce CRM to manage prospects and customers. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of hunting sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education and training.
• 3+ years of sales experience in a hunting capacity preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% or more.
• Experience in developing territory growth plans and managing client lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Sell annual pond and lake management services for the industry leader.
• Achieve Quarterly and Annual Sales Targets.
• Develop a territory growth plan and manage prospective customer lifecycle via Salesforce CRM.
• Secure prospective client appointments via targeted prospecting, drop-offs, cold calling, and other selling strategies.
• Prepare for appointments by executing prospective client research, tailoring sales materials, and leveraging available resources.
• Meet with prospective clients to secure their business and complete the sales process.
• Coordinate with operation stakeholders to meet client timelines and deliverables.
• Participate in Company meetings, communication, and events.
