Summit Business Group is hiring a Territory Sales Representative to cultivate relationships with local businesses, present supplemental insurance products, and grow a personal client book within a defined territory. You will train in a supportive environment and engage with owners, benefits managers, and employees to provide valuable coverage options.

The role emphasizes independence, yet values teamwork with the sales group and manager.

Formación

• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Call on small and medium businesses in the territory and meet face-to-face with owners/decision-makers to offer supplemental insurance products.
• Build and maintain your own book of business and manage clients’ needs.
• Set follow-up appointments and submit sales metrics daily.
• Develop relationships with local business owners and drive new relationships in the territory.
